The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, ensuring that we had a smooth check-in and comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a great selection and quality, providing us with a good start to our day. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities also impressed us, with everything being well-maintained and hygienic. Despite being located away from the main attractions, the hotel is situated in a good neighbourhood, making us feel safe and secure.

The room at Treebo was beautifully decorated and had a pleasant ambience. The staff were courteous and apologized for any inconvenience.

One specific situation that happened during our stay was that the AC wasn't working properly. However, the facilities manager and morning staff tried to make up for it by being apologetic as we checked out.
